We currently ship within the United States only.
How long does delivery take?
- Processing: Orders placed Mon–Fri before 2:00 PM CT begin processing the same business day; otherwise, the next business day (standard processing: 1–2 business days).
- Transit: ~7–9 business days after dispatch.

Do you accept returns?
Yes—returns are accepted within 21 days of delivery for unused items in original condition with all tags and packaging.
To start a return, email support@damonwilliamson.com with your order number. We’ll reply with the return address and instructions.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend a tracked service.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you. If approved, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 1 business day. Your bank or card provider may take up to 7 additional business days to post the funds.
