Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only.

How long does delivery take?
  • Processing: Orders placed Mon–Fri before 2:00 PM CT begin processing the same business day; otherwise, the next business day (standard processing: 1–2 business days).
  • Transit: ~7–9 business days after dispatch.

Total estimated time (order → doorstep): 8–11 business days.

What does shipping cost?

Flat rate of $5.99 USD on all orders. Every order includes tracking.

Which carriers do you use?

USPS, UPS, or FedEx—selected automatically based on destination and service availability.

Do you accept returns?

Yes—returns are accepted within 21 days of delivery for unused items in original condition with all tags and packaging.

To start a return, email support@damonwilliamson.com with your order number. We’ll reply with the return address and instructions.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend a tracked service.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you. If approved, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 1 business day. Your bank or card provider may take up to 7 additional business days to post the funds.

I've placed an order, but I put the wrong address, can you help?

If your order hasn’t shipped, contact us immediately at support@damonwilliamson.com and we’ll update it. Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional shipping fees for re-delivery.
